Springside is a town in the Rural Municipality of Orkney No. 244, about 24 kilometres northwest of Yorkton along the Yellowhead Highway.
The community was originally located along the old Dakota Trail. Today it is served by the Canadian Pacific Railway, as well as Highway 47 and Highway 16, the Yellowhead Highway.
Springside is the hometown of two ice hockey players, brothers Brett and Clarke Breitkreuz.
